​1.For the safety of all guests, Corridors to be kept clear at all times and no items or pots plant, even shoes are not allowed in the corridors. We know it's very Thai style to leave your shoes outside in the corridors, but let's keep our corridors nice and clean for everyone. It helps the maid keep them cleaner.

2. All public areas must be quite and we ask you to be especially quiet in the corridors.

3. Swimming pool hours 07:00 - 20:00

​

4. No smoking in rooms. 

​

5. No radio or music equipment in public areas with out  earplugs. Please keep music on your balcony to a minimum level. 

​

6. All guest must be registered.

​

7. No clothing or towels to hang over the balcony.

​

8. No furniture to be stored in corridors. 

​

9. The garden around your apartment on the ground floor cannot be changed in any way. No extra flowers or plants can be added.

10. All salas and public seating dinning areas must be vacated by 22:00 Hours each day. 

​

11. You are welcome to use the public Sala's  if you have guest coming and you would like to cook them a meal! In order to stop people from taking advantage of the Sala we advise you to booking the Sala for the evening or lunch time that you need it. The area must be left clean and you would use your own cutlery and plates etc etc.

12. One apartment can only have one car.

13. Non urine in the pool or the urine detector will make a loud noise! he he he

​

14. The management reserves the right to check all rooms providing they inform you 24 Hours in advance unless it is an emergency. 

​

15. No food and drinks from outside allowed by the pool or in our restaurant. You can eat your own food on your balcony or in the Sala's provided. ​
