You pay a 50% Deposit and the remaining 50% can be spread over a five year payment plan.

1.5 Million Baht down payment.  
Then 60 monthly payments of 29,560 Baht per month.

If you rent out your apartment, you won’t need to pay the five year payments because your rental income will cover your payments.

Your rental income will be around 33,000 baht per month. 

​

So after the five years it means you have got a very cheap apartment and you have only paid 1.5 Millon Baht from your own money.
