Retirement home shows high demand on it's new website.

Sunshine International ((SICH), expected to open this August, has had an incredible amount of interest from Bangkok Thai people. The new website, www.sichasia.com has had a large amount of interest from European countries too.

It goes to show that due to technology, the world is a smaller place now as we have had interest from many countries around the world. With flights also more affordable, Thailand isn't FAR east any more, it is just 12 hours away from many countries.

In the past, Thai families rarely put their parents into a care home, but nowadays, things have changed. Many families are deeply involved in Business and they are earning high incomes and they can afford to send their parents to nursing home where they will get the treatment they need and deserve.

SICH said that it has opening rates of just 30,000 Thai Baht per month. SICH is a small care home with just 24 private apartments and the management is expecting SICH to be running at 90% occupancy at the end of year one.
