Sunshine International Hua Hin Expansion
Sunshine International Retirement Residence has announced plans today for another 40 apartments at it's Retirment Residence in Hua Hin.
All 40 apartments will be bigger in size going from 43 Square Metres to roughly 60 Square metres. The Expansion will also include a Fitness Centre, Sauna, more car parking, and an indoor and outdoor restaurant on the top floor.
The apartments will be offered for rent at around 36,000 Baht per month and also available to buy at a lower than standard price at around 2.5 to 3.5 Million Baht.
Sunshine International opened earlier this year and has been popular with foreigners wanting to retire in Thailand with the peace of mind having medical staff on call 24 Hours.
Sunshine International Director Mr Andrew Stocks has said he expects the properties to sell out quickly at this price because people can invest now, rent them out and receive an income and then the apartment is ready for the owner by the time he or she retires. This investment will seriously help with the buyer getting cheaper Retirement Care later in life when they need it.
Andrew said that the company has released plans to open Hotel's and Residences in Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Mukdahan and Bangkok within the next six years, this will put us in line with our vision of becoming the number one brand of Retirement Homes in Thailand.

Andrew Stocks said Foreigners are looking for cheaper ways to spend their retirement, especially in the later years when they need Nursing Care. Foreigners very often in Europe now are being forced to sell family homes to pay for the care.
It also has plans to bring in a International Chef to suit the demands of the taste of Europeans. The new Restaurant will be on the rooftop serving Thai and International food.
Andrew wants clients to buy the property now at a very fair reduced rate, rent it out, get a lot of their investment back and by the time they are ready for retirement, it will be around 70% cheaper than retiring in Europe.
